How do I purchase my ticket? ↓
Tickets can be purchased online through the Sympla platform , the official Inhotim ticket office, or at the park's reception. Guarantee your entry by purchasing your ticket in advance.

What day is admission free? ↓
Inhotim is offering more days with free admission:
Free Wednesday at Inhotim: every Wednesday there is free entry, subject to prior booking via Sympla.
Free Sunday : Every last Sunday of each month, subject to prior booking via Sympla.

Am I entitled to a half-price ticket? ↓
Half-price tickets are guaranteed for students, seniors aged 60 or older, children/teenagers aged 6 to 18, people with disabilities (with the right to half-price tickets for a companion), teachers from public and private formal education systems, and members of partnership programs. What is the difference between a ticket and a passport? ↓
Passports are recommended for those who want to visit Inhotim for 2 or 3 days. This way, you guarantee entry and pay a lower price than if you bought individual tickets. Secure your ticket online.

How do I cancel or change the date of my ticket? ↓
Ticket purchases for Inhotim are made entirely through the Sympla website , as is the entire exchange or cancellation process. To change the visit date, it is necessary to cancel the purchase and choose a new visit date. If you need help, contact the Sympla support team.

What are the opening hours of the food outlets? ↓
Each food outlet has different operating hours. To find out the operating hours for all of them, see the food options in the park.

Can I bring food and drinks to Inhotim? ↓
Eating outdoors is permitted at Inhotim, and you can bring your own food, subject to certain rules. Check the visitation guidelines for details.

How do I get to Inhotim? ↓
By car , you can take Highway BR-381 or Highway BR-040 (passing through Piedade do Paraopeba or Topo do Mundo). See here which is the best option for you.

How does internal transportation work? ↓
Internal transportation is a service offered to assist with visits to the highest and most distant points of Inhotim. There are two options: taking transportation on predetermined routes or exclusive transportation, where a driver accompanies you throughout the opening hours or for a period of 1 hour. What are the hours for the internal transportation service? ↓
The service operates from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM from Wednesday to Friday and at 5:00 PM on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Check service availability here .

Does Inhotim have a cloakroom? ↓
The luggage storage service can be requested at reception.

I lost an item during my visit. How can I get it back? ↓
If you lost any belongings during your visit, please contact Customer Service by email. info@inhotim.org.br or by phone +55 (31) 3571-9700The service operates from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
The found items are stored for up to 30 days and, after that period, they are destined for ASCAVAP (Association of Recyclable Material Collectors of Brumadinho) for disposal or recycling. -
Can you bring animals into Inhotim? ↓
With the preservation of the gardens and galleries in mind, and to ensure a pleasant visitor experience, pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs accompanying visually impaired individuals. See the other visitor rules.

Can you bring a bicycle/scooter/skateboard into Inhotim? ↓
Bicycles, scooters, roller skates, and other sports equipment are not allowed inside Inhotim to help preserve the gardens and galleries. Please review the visitation rules.

Is it permitted to bring vehicles inside Inhotim? ↓
Inhotim offers parking for visitors, but getting around the visiting areas is done on foot or via an internal shuttle service, which can be purchased separately. See how to book your shuttle.

Can I bring musical instruments to play inside Inhotim? ↓
Inhotim does not allow entry with musical instruments.

Does Inhotim provide wheelchairs? ↓
