The Ateliê Circulante (Traveling Workshop) considers every space at the museum and botanical garden to be a place of experience involving various artistic languages. Each week, our workshop moves to a different location, inquiring into how each space helps us discover new ways to create and experience art and nature.

• Recreating Monsters , by Filipe Camato ↓

  Based on reflections from the exhibition Tangolomango by Rivane Neuenschwander, this workshop, Recriando Monstros (Recreating Monsters) proposes an experience with drawings, poetry, sculptures or objects. Let’s reimagine our fears and monsters, transforming them into beings that are friendlier and easier to live with

• Through Color, by Daniela Brandão ↓

  At this workshop, Através da Cor (Through Color), based on the work Soul Lights (2021) by Pipilotti Rist, a visual filter will be created that alters the body’s perception of the surrounding environment. This enriches the experience of space and landscape, transforming it into something unique and personal.

• Abstract Writing, by Victória Brandão ↓

  Rebeca Carapiá’s artistic work involves the development of a new language. This workshop, Escrita Abstrata (Abstract Writing), was inspired by the work Apenas depois da chuva (2024). Participants are encouraged to invent new uses for words through the bending and malleability of wire.

• Collaging Images, by Nathália Cardoso ↓

  The work Homo sapiens sapiens (2005) by artist Pipilotti Rist, reveals similarities between the shapes of fruits, plants and the human body. At this workshop, Colando Imagens (Collaging Images), through collage and overlay we are going to explore new ways of relating to nature.
