March at Inhotim
Get the scoop on Inhotim’s March program!
In March, hours of operation are 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Wednesday to Friday, and 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. During Carnival, the park will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., March 1-4 and from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Ash Wednesday (March 5).
We are now offering the Traveling Workshop Carnival Edition, so that you and your family enjoy the party while being creative. Participants will be able to create accessories inspired by their personal stories, memories, and experiences. Over the next weekends, the Workshop will explore new themes, inquiring into the boundaries between the norm and the absurd, reflecting on identity, reinventing emptiness, and creating optical illusions. Learn more about each edition here.
Every day, the Panoramic Tour departs from the Reception area to tell the history of the park and interesting facts about the collection. Also, on March 29 the themed visit Challenging Perceptions will question the perception of the real in a surprising sensory journey.
On March 23, in “What is Justice?” philosopher and environmental engineer Malcom Ferdinand (Martinique) together with artist Raphael Escobar will each respond to this question in their own way with a talk-performance, introducing new points of view, different languages and approaches.
