Grada Kilomba returns to Inhotim in February for Act II of O Barco (2021). Comprising a poem, a large-scale installation and a performance, the work will be presented on February 8th and 9th , at Galeria Galpão. Act II features an ensemble predominantly consisting of Minas Gerais state artists, strengthening the connection of O Barco with the territory.
The Education team invites the public to participate in the Traveling Workshop. This month, the following workshops are offered: inventing new uses for words through wire bending; creating poetic recipes in search of the taste of the color red; making personal diffusers incorporating the properties of plants; and producing canvases with nebulous forms that symbolize individual universes.
To learn about the park’s history and collection, people of all ages can join the Panoramic Tour, departing daily from Reception.
